Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

This Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through Quality Beauty Store. By placing an order with Quality Beauty Store, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Quality Beauty Store aims to provide high-quality products and reliable service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with the conditions set out below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and protective materials intact.
Quality Beauty Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returns requested after the 14‑day return period may not be accepted.
Returnable Items
Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of cosmetic and skincare products sold by Quality Beauty Store, certain items cannot be returned once opened.
Non‑returnable items include skincare products, cosmetic products, mesotherapy solutions, professional aesthetic products, and any item where the safety seal has been broken.
Return Procedure
Customers wishing to return an item must first contact Quality Beauty Store to request return authorisation.
Return requests should include the order number, the reason for the return, and photographs of the product if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Items returned without prior authorisation from Quality Beauty Store may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on the part of Quality Beauty Store (such as an incorrect or defective item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customers are advised to use a tracked shipping service as Quality Beauty Store cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a product supplied by Quality Beauty Store arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the issue together with their order number.
Upon verification, Quality Beauty Store may offer a replacement product, a direct exchange, or a full refund.
Exchanges
Quality Beauty Store accepts direct exchanges for eligible products.
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the product meets the return eligibility requirements.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected by Quality Beauty Store, the replacement item will be dispatched.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, Quality Beauty Store will notify the customer regarding the outcome of the return request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 3–7 working days depending on the payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error by Quality Beauty Store.
Right to Refuse Returns
Quality Beauty Store reserves the right to decline a return or refund request if the returned item has been opened, used, damaged, returned outside the permitted return period, or does not comply with this policy.
