This 540 Titanium Derma Roller is designed to produce controlled microinjuries in the skin. It stimulates a natural cascade of chemical reactions that leads to smoother and healthier skin. You can choose from 5 needle length options: 0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2mm - each is suited best for different purposes. The 2 mm kind is too long though to be used on the face - there you should go for the milder alternatives. Since 0.5 and 1 mm needles are long enough to stimulate collagen and elastin synthesis, they are mostly recommended when wanting to smoothen and rejuvenate the skin what includes reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Simultaneously, 0.25 mm needles will be ideal to stimulate your scalp for a more effective hair growth and regeneration. They will also be great to mitigate superficial fine lines.
